• RAG, vector databases, and LLM application experience
• MLOps: model registries, CI/CD for models, monitoring

Own multi-cloud reference architectures for regulated, mission-critical workloads. Lead Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and SRE practices across complex client engagements, balancing security, cost, and resilience.

• 10+ years in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep Kubernetes and IaC (Terraform) expertise
• Track record with regulated / high-availability systems
• Strong client-facing and mentoring skills

Build zero-trust architectures, lead penetration testing, and automate compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA). Drive secure-by-default engineering across the entire delivery organization.

• 8+ years in application / infrastructure security
• Zero-trust, IAM, and encryption at scale
• Compliance automation and audit experience
• Offensive security / pen-testing background a plus

Architect lakehouse and streaming platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data-quality frameworks that power analytics and AI for global clients. Turn messy enterprise data into reliable, governed products.

• 6+ years in data engineering
• Spark / streaming (Kafka, Flink) and lakehouse formats
• Strong SQL + Python; dbt and orchestration tooling
• Data governance and quality at scale

Lead a cross-functional team of senior engineers. Own delivery, technical quality, and the growth of the people on your team while shipping mission-critical software for demanding clients.

• Experience managing senior / staff engineers
• Strong technical background (you can still read a PR)
• Delivery ownership on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
